MSG ENTERTAINMENT NAMES PAOLA PALAZZO VICE PRESIDENT OF BOOKINGS FOR THE FORUM IN INGLEWOOD, CALIFORNIA

New York, NY – September 25, 2013 – MSG Entertainment (MSGE) today announced that Paola Palazzo has been named vice president, bookings, Los Angeles for the Forum in Inglewood, California. In this role, Paola will be responsible for concert bookings at the Forum as well as overseeing special event bookings.

“Through our reinvention of the Forum, MSGE will create the largest and most important indoor performance venue in the country designed with a focus on music and entertainment, which we look forward to debuting in January 2014,” said Bob Shea, executive vice president, bookings, MSGE. “With her long career history and experience on the West Coast, we are confident that Paola’s background in booking and promoting concerts will play an instrumental role in ensuring that the world’s best talent will again play the Fabulous Forum.”

Ms. Palazzo will serve as the primary contact for promoters, agents and managers on Forum events and will oversee all aspects of the booking process including identifying artists and attractions, working with promoter partners and developing marketing strategies around all concert engagements.

Prior to joining MSGE, Ms. Palazzo was the vice president of talent and booking for Nederlander Concerts in Los Angeles where she booked an average of 60 shows per year for the Greek Theatre. Paola also booked and promoted all Nederlander-exclusive venues in addition to a variety of outside venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver and the Los Angeles Sports Arena. Before that, Ms. Palazzo worked for House of Blues Concerts, CAA and as the head of her own public relations firm.

Ms. Palazzo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University, Northridge. She has been nominated twice, in 2011 and 2012, for Billboard Magazine’s “Women in Music” and six times by Venues Today Magazine’s “Women of Influence,” most recently in 2013.
