AMFAMFAMF is promoting the Dec. 7 show at Sound in Hollywood, California.

German producer and DJ Alex Ridha, better known by his stage name Boys Noize, unveiled his new moniker ELAX earlier this August when he debuted one of the biggest tracks of the summer, “Reaktor.”

Promoter AMFAMFAMF is now announcing ELAX’s first ever show on Dec. 7 at Sound in Hollywood, California, with additional artists to be announced prior to the performance.

Tickets are on sale now and can be found here. Sound is located at 1642 N. Las Palmas Ave. Doors open at 10 p.m. with the party going until 4 a.m. The show is ages 21 and over.

ELAX has also announced a live set — in addition to the scheduled Boys Noize set — at the inaugural Friendship cruise experience aboard the glamorous Celebrity Equinox from Dec. 11-15. Sailing from Miami to two private island beach parties in Coco Cay, Bahamas, Friendship is curated by Gary Richards (aka Destructo) and will feature live performances and DJ sets from some of the best international music acts, including RÜFÜS DU SOL, Dixon, 2manydjs, Peggy Gou, Clapton and many more. Legendary burlesque artist Dita Von Teese will perform, and electronic music pioneer Giorgio Moroder will come aboard as the guest of honor. Cabins are no longer available for purchase — the maiden voyage sold out within 48 hours.
