While we generally don’t get a chance to screen the year’s most talked-about movies until at least the summertime, LP got an early jump on dropping cinematic spectacles back in March when she shared a dramatic visual for the new single “One Last Time,” full of romance, castles, and, of course, earworm choruses. The track precedes a yet-to-be-revealed release for later this year, though, with the exception of an extensive list of tour dates, nothing more has been revealed about the project.
Today, however, LP is sharing an exclusive in-studio performance of that new single with FLOOD, which sees the songwriter play through the track with her band. “It’s about the fleeting nature of life and relationships and love and family, and that we should enjoy it, always, while we have it, because…you never know,” she shares introducing the track. Watch the performance below.
