BlackBerry Presents “The E.N.D. World Tour 2010” is in support of The E.N.D., The Black Eyed Peas’ multi-platinum #1 album, and marks the first time that will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Taboo and Fergie are united for North American headline dates since their 2006 Monkey Business world tour. The Black Eyed Peas launched their worldwide trek just days after their 2010 triple Grammy Award win — The E.N.D. won for Best Pop Vocal Album, while its first single “Boom Boom Pow” won Best Short Form Music Video, and its second single “I Gotta Feeling” won for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group. To date, The E.N.D. has sold over 2.6 million copies in the U.S., and over 6.5 million copies worldwide, while spending 52 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart. It is also the first album in two decades by a duo or group to yield five Top 10 songs on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, including three#1 hits “Boom Boom Pow,””I Gotta Feeling,“and“Imma Be,” #7 “Meet Me Halfway” and current #9 track “Rock That Body.“ In addition, “I Gotta Feeling.“ is currently the best-selling digital song in SoundScan history, as recently reported in Billboard.
Singer, rapper, producer and actor T-Pain first gained recognition with his 2005 debut, Rappa Ternt Sanga, and subsequently lent his signature Auto-Tune voice to a wide array of charting rap singles by leading artists. In 2008, he won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Song for the single “Good Life” featuring Kanye West, followed by a 2010 Grammy win for Best R&B Performance By a Duo or Group for his collaboration with singer Jamie Foxx, “Blame It.” T-Pain was featured on this year’s “We Are the World 25 for Haiti” track, alongside such stars as will.i.am, Tony Bennett, Justin Bieber, Snoop Dogg, the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and many more. T-Pain is currently previewing his upcoming album, RevolveR, with the single “Best Love Song”. For more information, visit www.t-pain.com.
Jason Derulo, the first artist signed to Warner Bros. Records’ joint venture with multi-platinum songwriter and producer J.R. Rotem’s label Beluga Heights, has quickly established himself as one of the breakout stars of 2010. With the triple-platinum “Whatcha Say” (which spent four consecutive weeks atop the Pop chart), and the platinum “In My Head,” Derulo became the first male solo artist to score consecutive #1’s on Billboard’s Pop Songs radio airplay chart in the chart’s 17-year-history with his first two entries. “Whatcha Say,” which climbed to #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100, Rhythmic, and Pop charts, has sold four million copies, while “In My Head” has sold more than 2.5 million copies, both worldwide, to date. “Ridin’ Solo,” the third single from Derulo’s self-titled debut album, is nearing gold status. Derulo has sold more than seven million singles and half a million albums worldwide. He has also been nominated for a 2010 Teen Choice Award.
B.o.B, aka Bobby Ray is a rapper, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer signed to Grammy Award-winning artist T.I.’s Grand Hustle label. B.o.B. first gained notoriety when he appeared on the covers of both XXL Magazine and Vibe in late 2008. His debut album, B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray, debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart upon its release in April of 2010, and features collaborations with T.I., Eminem, Rivers Cuomo of Weezer, Lupe Fiasco, Hayley Williams of Paramore, Janelle Monae and more.
